Busbar

Kito busbar systems provide safe, enclosed power distribution for overhead cranes, hoists, and industrial moving equipment. Available in 20A (steel), 60A (copper) and 100A (copper) ratings, the Kito busbar is a fully enclosed conductor track that delivers continuous power to moving cranes without trailing cables that can tangle, wear, or create safety hazards. The system features corrosion-resistant construction, tool-free assembly for fast installation, and minimal maintenance requirements. Operating temperature range of −30°C to +55°C ensures reliable performance in varied industrial environments. Kito busbar systems are ideal for crane systems, smart grids, substations, and automated assembly lines.

100A Ratings –| 20A steel, 60A/100A copper options match any crane power requirement

Tool-Free Assembly

Fast installation with minimal labor – no specialized tools needed

Corrosion-Resistant Construction

Withstands humid and chemically aggressive environments

Wide Temperature Range

–30°C to +55°C for consistent operation in any indoor industrial setting

Low Maintenance

No trailing cable wear, corrosion issues, or frequent hanger replacement

Busbar vs. Festoon Cable – A Better Way to Power Overhead Cranes

Traditional crane power uses festoon cables running on trolleys – rubber-insulated cables that flex constantly, weather in outdoor yards, and require frequent replacement. Kito busbar systems replace festoon cables with rigid, enclosed copper or steel conductors. The crane’s current collector slides silently inside the track, drawing power with no flex fatigue, no UV damage, and no tangles. For high-cycle operations, long travel distances, or outdoor installations, busbar dramatically reduces maintenance cost and downtime.
