KITO
Crane Control Panel
Kito crane control panels provide centralized electrical control for overhead cranes and hoists, featuring inverter-based motion control for smooth acceleration, precise speed control, and virtually zero load sway. Designed for Kito ER2 electric chain hoists and RY wire rope hoists, the control panel integrates main line contactors, transformer, brake contactor, inverter, inverter brake resistor, and terminal blocks in a NEMA-rated enclosure. Kito crane control panels support single-speed, dual-speed, and variable frequency drives for both hoisting and traversing motions. Smooth start/stop minimizes load swing, enhances operator ergonomics, and reduces wear on crane structures.

Why Inverter Control Transforms Crane Operation
Traditional crane controls use contactor logic with full motor voltage at start – causing jerky acceleration, load swing, and impact stress on crane structures. Kito inverter control panels apply variable frequency power, accelerating loads smoothly from zero to speed. The difference is dramatic: loads don’t swing, operators feel in control, and crane components last longer. For precision positioning (placing dies, loading machines), inverter control allows creeping movement impossible with contactor controls. Kito inverter panels are standard on all Kito integrated crane packages.

Industries Using Kito Control Panels
Crane OEMs building new overhead systems, plant maintenance teams modernizing older cranes, steel mills upgrading to inverter control, automotive plants requiring smooth die placement, foundries needing reliable high-duty controls, and any facility where precise load positioning improves productivity or safety. Panels ship with wiring diagrams, component data, and commissioning support documentation.
