Double Girder Model
The Kito RY Series double girder wire rope hoist is engineered for extreme heavy-duty applications requiring capacities from 10 tons up to 50 tons, maximum lifting height and exceptional stability. In double girder configuration, the hoist runs on rails mounted on top of two parallel bridge girders, providing superior load distribution, higher hook approaches and the ability to incorporate maintenance walkways and auxiliary attachments. The RYW double girder hoist features Kito’s original inverter control for lifting/lowering and traversing as standard equipment, with a durable magnetic disc brake rated for over 1 million cycles. The double girder wire rope hoist is ideal for steel mills, foundries, heavy fabrication and large-scale manufacturing where 10T to 50T lifting is routine.

Double Girder Hoist Configuration for Heavy Industry
The Kito double girder wire rope hoist configuration provides maximum stability for tall or offset loads. Locating the hoist on top of the bridge girders eliminates the dead space of underhung trolleys, achieving higher lift heights. This arrangement also provides clearance for adding operator cabs, maintenance platforms, festoon systems, and auxiliary lifting devices like magnets or grabs.
