KITO

EQ Series

The Kito EQ Series electric chain hoist redefines compact lifting with a lightweight inverter-dedicated design that delivers precision, safety and durability in a smaller footprint. Available in capacities of 125 kg, 250 kg, 500 kg and 1,000 kg, the EQ series achieves an exceptional M6 (ISO)/3m (FEM) classification for capacities up to 500 kg, supporting high-duty cycles with a 40/20% ED rating. Compared to the ER2, the EQ offers a 23% weight reduction while maintaining the same Kito quality and nickel-plated load chain. The EQ electric chain hoist features standard inverter control for dual-speed operation, a no-load high-speed function (1.3× faster lifting at ≤30% rated load), electronic overload limiter, pull-rotor brake and maintenance-free construction with no transformer or electromagnetic contactors.

Why Kito EQ Is the Smart Choice for High-Frequency Light Lifting

The Kito EQ electric chain hoist’s combination of compact size, low weight and high-duty classification makes it ideal for applications where cycle frequency is high but capacities remain under 1 ton. The integrated body design combines superb rigidity with IP55 dustproof and waterproof protection, suitable for severe working conditions. The inverter’s smooth operation extends load chain life and reduces wear on mechanical components. With a no-load high-speed function that automatically engages when the inverter detects light load conditions, operators move through cycles faster without sacrificing safety – a clear productivity advantage for assembly lines and repetitive lifting.

EQ Hoist Applications in Manufacturing & Assembly

Kito EQ electric chain hoists excel in automotive assembly, electronics manufacturing, pharmaceutical processing, food production lines, plastic injection molding, die maintenance, workstation cranes, precision equipment assembly, R&D labs, small fabrication shops and cleanroom environments. The EQ pairs perfectly with Kito light crane systems and aluminium rail profiles for complete ergonomic material handling. For single-phase power availability, the EQS variant offers the same performance directly from a wall socket.
