Plain Trolley
The Kito TSP Plain Trolley is a manually operated push-pull trolley designed for smooth horizontal load movement along I-beams or H-beams. With capacities from 125 kg up to 5 tons, the plain trolley is moved by the operator manually pushing or pulling the suspended load, making it ideal for applications with longer traversing distances and lighter-duty cycles. Kito plain trolleys feature hardened, heat-treated steel wheels for reliable tracking, sealed ball bearings that never require lubrication, adjustable wheel spacing to fit tapered or flat-flanged beams without customization, and protective bumper guards to prevent damage at rail ends. Lightweight construction reduces installation labor and cost. Plain trolleys are commonly paired with Kito chain hoists and electric chain hoists.

When to Choose a Plain Trolley Over Geared or Motorized
A Kito plain trolley is the simplest, most economical horizontal movement solution. Choose a plain trolley when traversing distances are longer (operator can walk alongside the load) and loads are light enough to be moved manually (up to 5 tons is practical with Kito’s low-friction design). Use a geared trolley for shorter spans with heavier loads where hand chain operation provides better control. Use a motorized trolley for frequent, high-cycle operations. For maintenance shops, warehouses, assembly stations, and job sites with occasional load movement, the Kito plain trolley is the smart, cost-effective choice.
