Polyester Sling
Kito polyester slings provide a non-marring, flexible, lightweight lifting solution for loads that require surface protection. Available in four series – BSH flat belt slings (0.8T–3.2T), RE round slings (1T–10T), EE eight-shaped slings (0.5T–5T), and RG ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) slings – Kito polyester lifting belts offer an alternative to chain slings for finished components, painted surfaces, wood products, precision machinery, and fragile materials. Polyester slings are lightweight, easy to handle and store, and provide excellent load stability with minimal stretch. RG series slings weigh approximately one-third of traditional round slings while delivering three times the strength. All Kito polyester slings are JIS Class IV certified with color-coded capacity identification.

Choosing the Right Polyester Sling Design
Kito offers four polyester sling families. BSH flat belt slings are tough, stable, and cost-effective for straight lifts of boxy loads. RE round slings are flexible loops that embrace curved or irregular shapes without pinching. EE eight-shaped slings provide double-layer strength for multi-directional lifting tasks. RG series slings use UHMWPE fiber for heavy-capacity lifting when weight savings are critical. Select based on load shape, capacity, required flexibility and available storage space.

Automotive (painted body components), aerospace (finished panels), woodworking (furniture, millwork), electronics assembly, stone and concrete products, paper and plastic goods, heavy equipment (finished surfaces), architectural millwork, precision machinery installation, and any material handling where chain slings would damage the product. Polyester slings are standard in clean manufacturing environments where chain lubricants or metal-to-metal contact is prohibited.
