AS Series - Worm StandardFit
The Rossi AS Series is a range of worm gearmotors engineered for maximum interchangeability with major competitor products, allowing machine builders and maintenance teams to replace or upgrade drives without modifying existing machinery. Built around a rigid single-piece cast iron housing with tapered roller bearings on the worm shaft, the AS StandardFit delivers higher worm efficiency, lower power consumption, and very quiet running. Six frame sizes (118 to 742) cover a power range from 0.09 to 5.5 kW with nominal torque up to 670 Nm, making the AS Series an optimal choice for light-to-medium-duty applications such as packaging machinery, small conveyors, and automated assembly systems. Universal mounting with integral lower feet and a B14 flange on two faces provides exceptional installation flexibility.
