Lubricators
SKF lubricators are single-point and multi-point automatic lubrication devices designed to deliver a consistent, metered supply of grease or oil to individual bearings, chains, and guide surfaces over a set period, without manual intervention. The range includes gas-driven single-point lubricators (SKF SYSTEM 24), electromechanical single-point lubricators, and multi-point units that can feed several lubrication points from one device. These lubricators are ideal for remote, difficult-to-access, or hazardous locations, and for equipment where regular manual greasing is impractical or frequently missed. They improve bearing life by ensuring a continuous, fresh supply of clean lubricant, preventing both over- and under-greasing. SKF lubricators are widely used in conveyors, fans, pumps, and motors across mining, food and beverage, water treatment, and general manufacturing. The simplicity of installation and reliability of operation make them a popular entry point into automated lubrication.

Set-and-Forget Operation
Delivers lubricant for 1 to 12 months without attention.
Precise Metering
Adjustable dispensing rate matches bearing requirements.
Battery-Free Options (SYSTEM 24)
Gas-driven units need no external power.
Explosion-Proof Versions
Suitable for hazardous areas (ATEX certified).
Multi-Point Capability
Feed up to 8 points from a single electric unit.
Reduced Maintenance Injuries
Eliminates dangerous manual greasing in live plant areas.
SYSTEM 24 Gas-Driven Lubricators for Remote Locations
The SKF SYSTEM 24 uses an electrochemical gas cell that generates inert gas to slowly pressurise a bellows, dispensing grease or oil. With no external power needed and simple installation, it is perfect for isolated conveyors, borehole pumps, and other remote assets. The empty unit is replaced with a fresh, pre-filled unit during maintenance rounds.

Electromechanical Lubricators: Programmability and Control
SKF’s electric lubricators allow precise programming of discharge period, volume, and working times. Some models include diagnostic LEDs and remote alarm contacts, integrating into plant control systems. These are chosen for critical assets where lubrication failure must be detected immediately.
