Tyrolit Table Saws | Stationary Diamond Saws for Brick, Block & Stone
Tyrolit Table Saws are heavy-duty, stationary diamond sawing machines purpose-built for the industrial processing of bricks, concrete blocks, pavers, natural stone, and ceramic materials. These machines are the production backbone of building material manufacturers, masonry workshops, stone yards, and large landscaping operations. A Tyrolit table saw features a massively rigid steel frame, a precision-ground flat worktable, and a powerful electric motor connected via a belt drive to an arbor that holds large-diameter diamond blades—typically 400 mm to 900 mm—for cutting through dense, abrasive blocks. The machines are engineered for wet cutting, with an integrated water basin and pump system that directs coolant precisely onto the blade, eliminating dust and extending blade life dramatically. Key features include a locking rip fence and miter gauge for repeatable, accurate right-angle and angle cuts, and a sealed, high-torque blade arbor that can withstand the heavy, abrasive loads of production concrete cutting. Tyrolit saws are designed to optimise the performance of Tyrolit’s TGD®+ diamond table saw blades, ensuring that the blade’s speed and the machine’s feed control combine for the fastest, cleanest, and most economical cut. For block makers and stonemasons, a Tyrolit table saw represents a high-uptime, high-accuracy production asset that delivers dimensional accuracy and clean, chip-free cut edges that reduce waste and rework.

Massive Rigid Saw Frame
The heavy-gauge welded steel chassis absorbs cutting vibration, ensuring the blade tracks perfectly straight and produces dimensionally accurate blocks without the blade wander common on lightweight saws.
Optimized Wet-Cutting System with Recirculation
A large-capacity water tank with a high-flow electric pump provides continuous, directed cooling to both sides of the diamond blade, binding dust and keeping the blade segment temperature low for extended service life.
Precision Rip Fence and Miter System
A calibrated, lockable fence and angle guide allow the operator to make rapid, repeatable cuts to exact dimensions, critical for producing consistent pavers, bricks, and coping sections.
High-Torque, Sealed Arbor Assembly
The blade shaft and bearings are fully enclosed and protected from cement slurry, ensuring the smooth, low-friction rotation that diamond blades require to cut efficiently without glazing.
Universal Blade Compatibility
Tyrolit table saws are designed to accept Tyrolit TGD®+ diamond blades, but the arbor and flange configuration fits standard industry blades, providing operational flexibility to use existing blade stock.
Safety-Enhanced Control System
Features include a no-volt release switch, emergency stop, blade guard with anti-splash curtain, and a spindle lock for safe blade changes, meeting industrial safety standards.
Why Tyrolit Table Saws Are the Production Standard in Brick and Paver Plants
In a brick cutting facility, a saw must operate for hours without overheating, its arbor must stay true despite the constant exposure to abrasive brick dust, and the cuts must be identical so that thousands of cut bricks fit precisely. Tyrolit builds table saws for exactly this duty cycle. The heavy frame dampens the vibration that otherwise prematurely cracks the diamond segment braze on the blade. The controlled water feed keeps the cementitious sludge mobile and prevents it from setting up on the machine’s working parts. When used with Tyrolit premium table saw blades, the saw delivers a lower cost per cut brick, measured over years of production, than any light-duty alternative. For brickworks selling premium cut and packaged products, the Tyrolit saw’s reliability ensures delivery promises are kept.

Table Saw Blade and Configuration Selection
The primary specification is blade diameter, which determines maximum cutting depth. Tyrolit table saws support blades up to 900 mm for cutting through solid concrete blocks in a single pass. The motor power (typically 5.5–11 kW) is matched to blade diameter and the aggregate hardness of the material. Tyrolit’s technical team will configure the saw with the correct blade specification (soft bond for hard aggregate, hard bond for soft material) as a turnkey work cell, including operator training.
